InnoTech was founded in February 2023 by four co-founders with complementary professional backgrounds, advanced degrees from prestigious universities in China and abroad, and extensive entrepreneurial experience. The core management and technical team has a proven track record of building import-substitution businesses from the ground up, scaling operations to volume production, and commercializing advanced materials, with a strong global perspective and deep expertise in materials technology.

Our mission is to build a globally recognized advanced ceramics platform—integrating R&D, manufacturing, and sales—with the goal of achieving domestic substitution for critical materials through technology-driven innovation. We deliver full-chain solutions spanning powder synthesis, ceramic material development, and finished component production, creating sustained value for our customers.
