Responsibilities

  • Develop regional sales plans and strategies
  • Stay informed on current and emerging market and customer requirements
  • Identify, develop, and manage key projects and accounts
  • Initiate and coordinate sales activities to acquire new customers
  • Conduct sales calls for all company products and services, including presentations, negotiations, and project follow-up

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the power device industry
  • Familiarity with company products and sales methodologies
  • Positive attitude with strong communication and negotiation skills; able to perform under pressure
  • Experience in the advanced ceramics or semiconductor materials industry is preferred
